A Monster Mash Legacy - Babies! (1.2)

Welcome back to the Monster Mash everyone! I've been sitting on these pictures for about a week, and I want to get them in an update in case I end up playing tonight. The title here is really apt, since... well, you'll see inside.




We begin our update with Mason giving birth outside, in the cold, in shorts, because this is a Sims 2(tm) Challenge.






With that out of the way, we welcome little Neptune to the fold.



Ben gets a much needed promotion to Police Psychic that evening.



In the morning, I ended up sending Mason to work, since he was so close to getting promoted. He's finally made it to his level six job as a Rouge Botanist! Whatever the hell that is.



As you can see here, I continue to exploit the rules technicalities by teaching our little black sheep her toddler skills with the smart milk. It's incredibly rough with all of these kids tbh.

Ben: Hey, I'm not complaining about it.



I realized that Alex's age bar was full, so here's to an awkward angle for his age transition!



What a cutie. He got a room built for him right after this, but I didn't take any pictures of it, since I'm debating on doing a renovation for the house.

In case you're curious about his age up text: he achieved the "Miracle Mite" level of the Grow-Up aspiration as a toddler.



Neptune also aged up the next day! His hair will probably change once he's a child, given the chaotic nature of the household. I like the style, but not the color palette where the black looks purple-y? I really should clean out my downloads at some point...



So in order to get Mason some more aspiration points, and bonuses for that matter, he had a 5,000 point want for Ben to get abducted, and Ben does have that "Summon Aliens" reward...



Chimes, were in fact, heard.



Oh, yeah, ACR worked its magic before Ben got abducted. Family/Knowledge sims ftw.



Alex maxed out logic! All he did as a toddler was play with the peg box, so his logic was pretty high up.

Alex: So when do I go to Harvard and graduate with a PhD at 12?



Mason got promoted to Animal Linguist in the nick of time! I'd make a "whatever that is" joke here too, but this job seems like it could have a legit real-world counterpart.




Both Mason and Ben popped in the bathroom, albeit at different times.

We end our update here, with two pregnant adult sims, a child, and two toddlers. But first, let's check our point tally!

Let's see, this round we had:

Mason give birth to Neptune, giving Libra another sibling. (+10)

Libra earned all of her toddler skills. Why these aren't pictured aside from walking, I dunno. Ask Alex the same question. (+15, +5 per skill.)

New Total: 55 Points!

"Rogue Botanist" either means mason's job was to breed plant monstrosities or to run a secret twitter and talk shit about the dean of the university's department of natural sciences

See, the former makes the most sense, but I'm dying at the latter alakdgjlka;gsdj. I can just imagine Mason hateposting about the dean on Twitter for making him go through those simulated abductions
