I know I said I wasn't going to do this, but... how about some bulk updates on Mason's University progress to keep things moving? With that said, let's get right into it!
Edit: Now with appropriate sized pictures! Sorry about that. DW Preview pops up in such a small window initially that it's hard to gauge the sizing. Should be good now!
Mason got to know some of the dormies! This dormie's name is Kimberly, who according to ACR is also gay. Also I'm going to headcanon she's part alien, given the fact she got the CC alien eyes. This is the real mlm/wlm solidarity I live for. She was also the first to be created with my new face defaults! (I'm using these by the way.)
Cafeteria Lady: Why can't I get a nice face default? :(
Because you automatically generate and beat me to the punch, that's why.
Breakfast!
...and then a phone call from the prof. I like an involved professor IRL, but a personal phone call is a bit much.
Professor shenanigans aside, Mason met this cute guy named Steven! Unfortunately, he was straight, but Mason still got to know him anyway. However, in the evening I got a gift from the gods themselves.
Benjamin! You can't tell to well in this light, but he's a cutie. Despite the lack of black hair, he and Mason had two bolts! Maybe he's got some logic skill points and a compatible sign?
Despite his shyness, Mason was laying on the flirts thick thanks to ACR.
Given some of the interactions between the two of them, I'm guessing Ben's also a little on the shyer side.
The next morning, Mason was playing chess to get some logic for class. Forget the TS3 waffle face, this TS2 chess face is where it's at!
That night, Mason asked Ben out on a date!
Mason: Okay, act cool, you've got this!
Waitress: You do realize you said that out loud?
Mason: Oh shit
Eating took too long, so all they got to do was eat. A hug seems like a more fitting end for these two at this stage anyway. Also I learned that Ben's also a knowledge sim, so that's probably why the two have such good chemistry!
This is going to be a Monster Mash once Mason's Uni Days are said and done, so I was delighted to see one of the head vampires out! He dashed away before Mason could introduce himself though. :(
First semester down, seven to go!
This semester requires a body skill point, and I've never related harder to a sim right now than I do Mason.
There have been several cow mascots over the past couple of days, so they set of the sprinklers? Cafeteria Lady isn't on it, so Mason will rise to the challenge! (Besides, if his LTW is to max seven skills, he'll need all the practice he can get.)
So I didn't realize until the morning after Mason mopped that he has his own personal bathroom, given the dorm I chose. Whoops.
Mason: And here I've been, showering in the communal stalls downstairs like a fool
Room discoveries aside, Ben and Mason went out on another date! This time, it was the bowling alley on campus.
They're so sweet tbh I think I'm melting
!! The one time I can thank ACR without being sarcastic!
Then they went straight for the makeout.
Ben: Th-That was fun.
Mason: Y-yeah!
I guess the date was the "I'll leave a wholeass chess board" kind of good, eh?
With that, it was finals time, and Mason passed with flying colors! Hello sophomore year, and hello extra want slot!
One last thing! I tried to see if I could move these two in together, but it looks like I'll need to save some money up so Mason can get his own place. But for now, they fell in love! Ahh!
That does it for this update! What a first year at Uni for Mason. Let's hope he'll meet some supernaturals next round.Also, are the pictures alright? I didn't crop them this time, and left them at their defaults. Are they alright to see, or should I crop them like in the first update? The answer is yes, they need to be cropped. However, instead of doing it in imgur like the first update, I'll be resizing them when I take the pictures.
But with that said, I realized I've got to add some NPCs because this was an empty custom 'hood. So for next round, I'll end with some to-dos.
