Francis MMBC Episode 15: Bowling for (Your) Life

Troye: Ethan, I thought I could trust you.
Ethan: Wait, what?
Troye: They think its you. Why you?
Ethan: Hey now, I saw what I saw. I’m telling the truth here. Maybe if I’m killed, then you’ll see the truth.
Chadrick: Hey, why the long face?
Troye: I trusted Ethan, but the public doesn’t seem to.
Chadrick: Looks can be deceiving, and you’ll know when you find them.
Troye: [heavy sigh] You’re right. Thanks Chadrick, I needed that.
Remy: So, they thought you were the most suspicious this time?
Ethan: Yeah, it’s not a good feeling.
Remy: Welcome to the club! Trust me, if anything, just keep telling the truth.
Ethan: Really?
Remy: Totally! It’s the final four, and at some point the murderer is going to let something slip.
Ethan: Even if it’s you?
Remy: If I was the murderer, you mean.
Ethan: Sure.
Troye: Hey Remy, where did Chadrick go?
Remy: Outside for a drink. Can’t say that I blame him; we’re all tense right now.
Troye: True. Just go and grab him, okay? It’s about time for bed anyways. Our next challenge is going to be a long one.
[The Next Morning]
Troye: [to themself] It’s been a while since I’ve cooked. How bad can it be?
[Moments Later]
Troye: Oh, yeah. Now I remember why I don’t cook.
Troye: Finley, you don’t have to eat those.
Finley: I’m starving, and at this point, I’ll eat anything.
Remy: Anything?
Finley: You know what I meant.
Cathy: Good morning contestants! As you’ve seen already, the living room is now a bowling alley!
Seth: There will be three matches. Two “qualifying” matches, and the winners of those will face off in a final match.
Cathy: Our first match up is Ethan and Finley.
Ethan: Alright I got – [trips] – this!
Finley: Well at least you knocked down a lot of pins.
Ethan: True.
Finley: Look at that!
Ethan: Lucky shot.
[Later]
Cathy: [off-screen] Looks like we have our winner!

Ethan Hendriks will advance to the next round.
Finley Kang is not immune.

Seth: [off-screen] Up next is Remy and Chadrick!
Remy: [picking up ball] Let’s see what I’ve got!
Remy: [trips]
Remy: Looks like I’m decent.
Chadrick: Alright, here I – [trips] – go!
Cathy: Nice one.
[Later]
Cathy: And with that, we have our victor!

Remy Didit is not immune.

Seth: [off-screen at first] Our final match is Ethan and Chadrick!
[Later]
Cathy: [off-screen] And our winner is Chadrick! Congratulations!
Troye: You’re really good at bowling, Chadrick.
Chadrick: [laughing] Beginner’s luck? Trutfully, I haven’t played much bowling for as long as I’ve lived.
Chadrick: Hey Cathy, could I, uh, talk to you?
Cathy: Sure!
Chadrick: O-oh! Hi Remy, Finley. Actually Cathy, I just wanted to say great hosting and I’m going to bed. Goodnight!
Finley, Remy: …
"So what do you need help with in the bathroom?"
"One, I don’t want to go alone, and two, I think we should fix up the broken All-In-One."
"It’s ridiculously late, but okay, why the hell not."
"Alright, where’s the broken one? All I see is that gross one over there."
"Hey, wait a minute, where did you get that –"
[A loud wack can be heard, shortly followed by a collapse of the body]
[Sniffing can be heard]
"I-I’m sorry…"
[Foosteps coming up the stairs, heading toward the bathroom]
[Weeping can be heard]
"Oh, so it is you. I’m glad you got my note. Things are starting to look a lot like summer, of the Camisade MMBC variety."
"…I-I d-don’t want to do this anymore."
"Too late for that. Plus, you aren’t going to stop."
"B-but, what if I want to?"
"It’s too late for that."
"T-this isn’t how I thought it would feel… I-I j-just wanted to win. Not to mention how it’s affecting Troye…"
"You spineless creature! You’re going to keep doing it, got it? Our ratings, no, my ratings depend on it. You may have been acting alone, but you’re under my control now."
"…Y-yes ma’am."
"I hope this doesn’t get recorded, or your in some big trouble for saying that."

This episode was all over the place. Initially chess was the challenge, but then I scrapped that. Next was darts, but after some testing, it didn’t give a score. That’s how we ended up with bowling!
Scores were taken… some time before midnight. I didn’t do it for the first “day” of this session (with the accusation/comfort interaction), but they are as accurate as they can be. Also, they did get some interactions in with the bacheloret, so that’s why scores are up a bit.
Ethan: 47.20
Remy: 33.13
Chadrick: 22.27
Finley: 8.47*
*Nothing has changed here, and that’s why I’m commenting on it. Finley’s score has been consistent for at least the past five episodes. Win or interact with your bacheloret buddy! Well, not like there’s going to be much opportunity soon. If I’m right, the next episode is our second to last one! Whaaaat.
